Tip #2 – Use power poses
Whenever you’re feeling powerful, you tend to subconsciously use a power pose. Studies show that standing or sitting in certain positions for as little as two minutes raises testosterone levels and lowers cortisol (stress hormone). In other words, if you use power poses, you will begin to feel powerful, dominant, and optimistic.
Tip #3 – Slow yourself down
This is a tip that bade the biggest difference in a lot of cases. Slow down your movement, your speech, slow down your arms. Why slowing down works is because it shows people that you got everything under control (even if you don’t).
